Located just moments from the heart of downtown Charlotte in the vibrant NODA district, our charming loft-style studio is a hidden gem within a character-rich, slightly vintage mill building. This versatile space offers an inspiring environment, ideal for photography with both natural and studio lighting. With three large windows, the studio is flooded with natural light, making it perfect for photographers of all levels, hosting classes, or even providing a quiet retreat for creative pursuits like music writing. THE SPACE
Our 1,000-square-foot studio, located in a historic factory, is filled with natural light from north- and south-facing windows and features large-scale granite works by Paul Sires, including two striking obelisks flanking the back wall. A long pink granite coffee table welcomes the seating area, adding to the space’s unique, industrial atmosphere—perfect for photography, events, or any creative project."
